This shoot of Lykke Li by Patricia Reyes I saw in S magazine. I like the ease which Lykke Li poses in these photos. And again the black and white colors gives an extra something to this pictures.

Mika Nakanishi has done a lot of different things as you can see at her website. But the photos that grabbed my attention are the ones that just capture a moment. And just that "normal" moment starts getting a story by being captured in these pictures. And that's what intrigues me in these pictures.

The first 4 pictures in this post are from the Girls series of Louise Enhorning. The vagueness  of these images really appears to me as beautiful. I love how they're not all sharp and in your face and the colors seems to bleed over into each other. Even though there's nudity in the pictures they're not shocking in any way. 

The 3 pictures after that are from her Picture of the week series. These pictures are also blessed with this beautiful vagueness I adore.

My Black Hat

This personal series of Mark Squires called My Black Hat. Is just a great collection of photos that all work together, by just that simple black hat. I love how they all blend together. I like these photos by Richard Bernardin, because of the hang to the past that they have but still are refreshingly new. And the last photo of Nelly Furtado speaks to me because of the black and white photography power I adore.
